I work on NCBI's Reference Sequence (RefSeq) project, and also serve as a liaison for NCBI with the Arthropod genomics community. NCBI's genome annotation group has been involved in the annotation of many arthropod genomes, and provides publicly accessible data through many resources including RefSeq, Entrez Gene, and NCBI's Map Viewer.
